No, just turn up at 8am.
Do I need to be fast?
No.
I'm a complete beginner, can I come?
Yes.
What should I bring?
Water, layers and trainers.
Does it cost anything?
No.
Who can join?
Brothers only for now. Sisters' sessions are coming soon.
Can non-Muslims join?
Yes. Any brother in Derby is welcome, whatever your background. Come as you are and run with us.
Is it on if it rains?
Yes. We still run unless we cancel on Instagram.
